A kind reference is invited to the circle union letter No even dated 04.07.2013 on the above subject.

I hope suitable note by the CHQ must have been taken. However, since it is an irregularity committed by an officer while working as Director who have spoiled the carrer of many officials by straightway rejecting their appeals, our union cannot help pursuing this case with the Directorate.

You are therefore, requested kindly to look into the matter for pursuing it vigorously with the Directorate for suitable action against the officer.
