Sub:   In adequate heating arrangement at Dharamshala HO and SOs under    Dharamshala Postal Division.

         

Respected Sir,

The Dharamshala Division falls under coldest region of Himachal Pradesh Postal Circle and the postal administration have to make adequate heating arrangements i.e to provide room heaters/gas heaters.

The issue of providing adequate heating arrangements by providing new room heaters and gas heaters to the needy offices was taken up by the Divisional union.

The Post Offices have to manage with the old room heaters as new heaters are not allowed to be purchased.

Similarly, the Postmaster Dharamshala HO made a request for providing three gas heaters to the Dharamshala HO during the last month. Even, a month has been passed till date; the SPOs Dharamshala did not accord permission for providing gas heaters to the Dharamshala HO.

The heating arrangements contribute in the smooth services of the office and even to the health of the staff working therein.

Since, every official faces equally, the brunt of cold; we are unable to understand the reason of procrastinating such human related issues.

I solicite your kind intervention to kindly intervene and cause adequate heating arrangement in Dharamshala Division.
