SUB:- Erratic functioning of McCamish module, non-generation of reports of the daily transactions.

Respected Sir,

            I am constrained to bring to your kind notice the erratic functioning of the McCamish module. The accounts of office are tallied after the close of the business hours. On the basis of the objections made on McCamish and other transactions. The detail of PLI/RPLI transactions is ascertained from the daily report available in the McCamish software. Surprisingly, Report generation menu of the McCamish is not working for the last 10 days and there is no alternative as to how to tally the accounts. The administration is well aware of this. But till date no action seems to have been taken at any level. The Infosys, who are responsible for this erratic functioning must be made accountable and should be fined for this default. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and cause restoration of  functioning of report generation menu of McCamish.
