Sub: - Proposed tenure transfers in the MID of Academic years request for keeping the order in abeyance till the next academic year.

Sir,

            The circle office has asked the divisions to order tenure transfers on the lines of sensitive and non-sensitive posts guidelines issued by the directorate. The new academic year has already commenced and the Department is in the process of new projects i.e. CSI in the circle. The transfers in the mid of the academic year will put avoidable hardship to the staff whose wards have already admitted in the schools. Moreover, it will also affect the smooth post rollout situation of the new projects. The circle office has also called for the request from the divisional heads for their transfers to other divisions. It will not be fair rather judicious to allow transfers by them. You are therefore requested to kindly take appropriate decision on the request made by this union on the subject.
