Erractic responding of various modules of CSI.

No=p/lll/CSI dated at Una the 13/06/2018

Sir,

       The SAP module is not responding from the day CSI was rolled out in Una Division.

.Without SAP the postmen work in the morning is delayed.Similarly after close of accounts

All the figures are to be uploaded in SAP.

     The SAP is not accessible even at this time that is today at 1703 hours .The day end of the 

Postman cannot be initiated. POS figures are not generated in the SAP on the same day.the daily account is not generated same day.

This is causing un called for difficulties to the operative staff .The Circle Union does not oppose  the roll Out of CSI but without ensuring adequate training ,network connectivity and up gradation of existing computers and prompt remedies The roll out cannot be a blessing to the dept rather it will be curse to both dept and staff. Even the system managers are also helpless on the issues confronting .kindly intervene and also keep in abeyance the further out in the circle
