functioning of McCamish Software in H.P Circle
Respected Sir,
The McCamish software abruptly stopped working today
at 1100 hours displaying a message on the computer screens ‘’ Internal Server
Error’’ cannot exceed to your request. Being last week of the month, there has
been enough rush of premium collection today and will also continue till 29th
February. The functioning with slow speed was restored for some time and the
staff some how collected the premium. It stop working after 1500 hours and the
staff of Head Post Offices even of some Sub Post Offices could not tally the
accounts for want of viewing the PLI/RPLI day end collection reports. It has
caused avoidable inconvenience to the public as well as to the officials
managing the work.
It is pertinent to mention here that similar problem
also erupted during the last week of January 2016.
Your goodself is requested to kindly intervene and
cause regular functioning of the Mccamish software.
