Respected Sir,

                The holding of periodical meetings i.e Four monthly meeting with the Chief Postmaster General, Bi-monthly meeting with the Director Postal Services and RJCM meeting of H.P Circle has not been held since a long.

                We have already requested your goodself to kindly fix the dates for the meetings enabling us to have detailed interaction on the issues being faced by the Department as well as the staff working in the post offices.

                You are therefore requested to kindly fix the dates of the meetings at the earliest.
