Sub:     Observance of Protest Day on  08.02.2015 to focus the issues confronting the staff

 

Dear comrades,

 

Kindly refer to this Union letter no even dated 02.01.2015 addressed to the CPMG HP Circle Shimla-09. We have received replies on the some of the issues, the copies of which are enclosed. Keeping in view the advice of our Circle President Shri Jagat Ram and other working committee members, the proposed protest Day has been postponed to 08^th Feb 2015 [Sunday] in front of Shimla GPO.

 

Dear comrades, all of you are well aware and even you are also the victim of the highhandedness of the administration in managing the work even ignoring the personal comforts of our staff. The plight of staff working in SP Hub Mandi ICH, Kangra ICH and Hamirpur ICH and the staff engaged in the process of core Banking Solutions. The System Managers have worked even during nights for ensuring CBS Mock migration and other data’s. Surprisingly, neither the Divisional Heads nor IP/ASPs were ordered to supervise during the night work. None has taken care to provide relief to them during nigh work.

 

The Circle Working Committee which met at Manikaran was apprised of the developments on the issues taken up in the periodical meetings and no doubt we have ensured redressal of some of the issues viz grant of MACP, and grant of incentive for Data entry but the remaining issues still needs pressure as such, pursuant to the CWC decision the option to highlight the feelings of the staff on the issues, it has been become imperative to organize protest in the form of a Dharna on 08.02.2015 [Sunday]. The fate of the settlement of the issues and recognition to the contribution of the ground level staff largely depends upon the success of Protest Day.

 

You are therefore, requested to kindly ensure mobilization of the members for the Protest Day and also ensure maximum participation of staff
