Sub:     Manipulation/tempering with the record of CR/APAR by Shri P D Singh Thakur, the then APMG      HP Circle, now SSPOs chandigarh.

A kind reference is invited to this union letter no even dated 04.07.2013 on the above subject.

A period of four months has been passed, I could not get any communication on the subject, however, I am confident enough that the issue must have been followed vigorously.

The Directorate, in the communication to the CHQ have admitted that the officer has replaced the CR sheet of the official. Unfortunately, the apex office dictating to the subordinate offices have neither itself taken any action nor advised the CPMG to take disciplinary action against the officer.

Kindly pursue the case for appropriate action against the officer.
