Sub:     Irregular payment of PLI/RPLI Incentive to the staff of the Chamba Division through iMO deducting the iMO commission from the incentive amount.

 

Sir,

 

A kind reference is invited to the Item no 5 of the minutes of the meeting held on 05.02.2015 with your goodself circulated vide Endst No Union/2-1/2015 dated 12.02.2015. We have elaborately presented our point of view on the issue and your goodself agreed to such an irregular practice.

 

The item has been treated as closed. It is unfair and till date many of the recipient of the incentive have not taken the payment of the incentive remitted through iMO in Chamba Division.

 

Since it is irregular and we cannot punish the staff by way of deducting the MO commission from the due amount payable to them. You are therefore requested kindly issue suitable instructions to the SPOs Chamba to cause the payment of incentive as per their entitlement.
